These terms apply when you buy from Cabino online. They sit alongside the law and never limit the rights you have as a consumer.
Last updated 20 September 2026.
These terms apply when you buy goods from Cabino through our online shop. Cabino is a brand of BADSTUNORGE AS. The agreement consists of these terms, the information you see when you order (the product page, your configuration and the checkout) and anything we have specifically agreed with you. What we have specifically agreed takes precedence, as long as it doesn't conflict with mandatory law.
The purchase is governed by Norwegian consumer purchase law, the Norwegian right of withdrawal law, marketing law, e-commerce law and other relevant legislation. These terms don't limit the rights you have as a consumer by law, including the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
The seller is BADSTUNORGE AS, which trades as Cabino. The buyer is the person who places the order.
Prices are shown in the currency of the site you are on and include VAT unless we say otherwise. The total price, including delivery and any extra services you choose, is shown before you complete your order. You are never charged for costs that weren't shown before you ordered.
The agreement becomes binding when you have submitted your order and received our order confirmation.
Clear errors in a price, a text or our systems that you understood, or should have understood, to be mistakes may be corrected or cancelled. If we can't deliver a product, we tell you as soon as possible and refund anything you have paid.
You pay in our checkout, which is run by our payment provider Stripe, with the payment methods offered there. When you pay by credit or debit card, the amount is charged when you place your order, under the payment provider's terms. Invoice or instalment options, where offered, follow the payment provider's terms and can't be used by buyers under 18.
Orders placed in our checkout are paid in full when you order. For some saunas, annexes and custom products we ask for a deposit instead. The size of the deposit and when it is paid is stated before you order or in a separate agreement, and the balance is paid before delivery or as agreed.
Many of our saunas and larger products are made to order, and some are made to your own specifications, for example measurements, materials, window and door placement, colours or other adaptations. For goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal may not apply under the law. We tell you when this is relevant. A product that is only made to order isn't excluded from the right of withdrawal by that alone.
Once production of a customised product has started, the order normally can't be changed or cancelled unless we have agreed otherwise.
Delivery is made in the way and within the estimated delivery time stated on the product page, in the checkout, in your order confirmation or in a separate agreement. Many saunas and larger products are made to order, so delivery times vary, and special productions can take longer than stock items. Stated delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date.
We contact you in good time before delivery and plan the delivery together with you. Please don't book contractors, cranes or other dependent work before the delivery date has been confirmed.
The delivery options you choose in the configurator, and what each of them includes, are shown before you pay. As a rule, flat-pack kits are delivered by lorry with a tail lift, and pre-assembled products need lifting equipment at the delivery address (a crane, forklift or tractor), which you can arrange yourself or add as crane placement when you order, where offered. If crane placement turns out to be extremely difficult or impossible, the crane fee is refunded in full.
Risk for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you have appointed, in accordance with the law.
If the goods aren't delivered in line with the agreement and this isn't your doing, you can use your rights under consumer purchase law. That can include withholding payment, demanding delivery, cancelling the purchase when the conditions are met, or claiming compensation.
Some products can be installed on site by professionals. The price of installation is quoted separately and isn't part of what you pay in the checkout. After your order we send you a quote by e-mail. When you have approved it, the installation is invoiced separately, later.
When you buy online you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period normally starts the day after you receive the goods. To use it, tell us clearly within the period, for example by e-mail to contact@cabino.co.uk with your name, your order number and the product. You can use the withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
After withdrawing you must return the goods without undue delay and within the deadline set by law. We refund your payments without undue delay and within the legal deadline, using the same payment method as your purchase unless we agree otherwise. We may hold back the refund until we have the goods back or you have shown that they are on their way.
If you use your right of withdrawal, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods when this was stated before your purchase and the rules allow it. Saunas and other large products can need pallet transport, a lorry, a crane or other special transport, so returning them can cost far more than an ordinary parcel. Contact us before returning large products so that we can agree how it is done. If goods are returned because of a defect we are responsible for, the necessary return costs are handled under consumer purchase law.
You may examine the goods as much as is needed to find out what they are, how they work and what they are like. If you handle them beyond that and they lose value, we may claim compensation for the loss in value. Please pack returned goods carefully to avoid damage in transport.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

More about withdrawal, complaints and warranty is on our Warranty & Returns page.
If the product has a defect, tell us within a reasonable time after you found it, or should have found it. Your right to complain follows consumer purchase law and isn't limited by these terms. Under Norwegian consumer purchase law, the complaint period can be up to five years for goods that are meant to last significantly longer than two years in normal use. Consumers in other countries keep the rights they have under the mandatory law where they live.
Email contact@cabino.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or other documentation help. If the product has a defect, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, cancellation of the purchase or compensation, as set out in consumer purchase law.
Every Cabino product comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. A warranty from us or from the manufacturer comes on top of your statutory rights and never limits your right to complain about a defect.
We process personal data in line with applicable data protection law. You can read how in Cookies & Privacy.
If a dispute arises, we'll first try to solve it together. As a consumer you can also contact the consumer authority in your country for guidance.
