Cabino's website doesn't set any cookies and doesn't store anything in your browser. We use no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools and no social media pixels. That is why you don't see a cookie banner.
If we ever add a tool that needs cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Cabino's website only sets cookies that are not strictly necessary if you say yes. The first time you visit, a small banner lets you accept or decline cookies for measuring our advertising. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
If you accept: we use Google Ads conversion measurement and the Meta pixel. Google and Meta place cookies in your browser (for example _gcl_aw and _gcl_au from Google and _fbp from Meta, kept for up to 90 days) and receive information about your visit: that you came from one of our ads, which pages you opened, and your IP address and browser details. We use this only to see which ads lead to an enquiry, so that we can improve our advertising. We use no analytics and no remarketing. Google and Meta process the information under their own privacy terms.
If you decline: no such cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google or Meta for this purpose. The website works exactly the same.
To show our pages, your browser loads some files from other providers. They receive your IP address and technical details such as your browser type, and they may set their own cookies under their own terms.
When you go to pay, you are taken to Stripe's secure checkout page (stripe.com). Stripe uses cookies and similar technologies for security, fraud prevention and to make payments work. See Stripe's own privacy and cookie information for details.
Our pages link to Instagram. Nothing is loaded from Instagram unless you follow the link.
The controller of your personal data is BADSTUNORGE AS (Org.nr 934 446 089, Kyrkjegardsvegen 6, 5430 Bremnes, Norway), which trades as Cabino. You reach us at contact@cabino.co.uk.
We only collect what you give us or what is needed to handle your order:
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the shop, and only what they need:
Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA, for example in the USA. When your data is transferred there, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example through the warranty and complaint periods, and for as long as accounting and tax law requires us to keep bookkeeping records. After that we delete or anonymise it.
You have the right to ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict the processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest. Where we process data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To use these rights, email contact@cabino.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. For BADSTUNORGE AS that is the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), and you can also complain to the authority in the country where you live.
